Soo Jung (Julia) is very patient in explaining the home buying process. She also helped us find a good lender for getting pre-approvals and loans at a very good rate. She puts extra time and effort into understanding our needs, interests, family priorities, and future goals to provide guidance. Her knowledge about bay area neighborhoods and schools helped us in making decisions quickly before writing an offer. She always gave us a very good market analysis before and after we go and look at home. She is very honest in giving feedback and doesn't hesitate to say if the home is overpriced or sometimes in a very bad condition which is a testament to her high integrity. Julia is also very tactical in writing offer terms, she does a lot of background work by looking at disclosures and home visual condition in advising offer terms. Julia is wonderful fun to work with as a realtor, I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
