Yang, Alameda

We started looking for a home before pandemic. While the home searching was never easy in the Bay Area (not to mention the buying process), we connected with Julia in 2022 to hunt for a place in Alameda, San Ramon, and Pleasanton.

Julia was very professional throughout the process. She patiently explained the details with us, since she understood that we were the first-time buyer. While the buying process was VERY stressful, she set up the timeline and expectation well.

In the later phase of home purchase, she went through all the house conditions with the disclosure documents. She was laser focused and answered our questions in details. Not only she offered quick turn-around time for documentation, but also she negotiated with the seller agent! She did not push for a high number! Instead, she focused on what we needed.

We much appreciated her efforts and due diligent, so that we were able to close our deal in a month! And we were very excited to move in soon! I highly recommend working with Julia based on our experience.
