Julia is definitely the right agent to work with if you are a first home buyer.

When I started searching for a home in mid 2021, I was considering buying a house in Solano County (Benicia, Suisan City, Fairfield). Despite Solano County wasn’t her usual service area, she was willing to work with me, which was very generous of her.
Due to the inclined interest rates, I paused looking a home in early 2022. Julia understood my frustration and patiently waited until I was ready to move forward again. In the mean time, she kept in touch with me and helped me stay up-to-date with the most recent market trend.

When I finally resumed looking for a home in mid 2022, Julia worked with a very professional manner. Whenever there was a house that I was interested, I shared it with Julia and she contacted seller agents immediately. I was very satisfied how responsive she was throughout this journey. Once the escrow was open, she was involved in all aspects of the closing - helped me set up with home inspections, house repairs, an loan officer, an escrow company, and more. If she didn’t help me with any of those, I would’ve been so lost as the first home buyer. I sincerely appreciated all her hard work she had done for me. She made my first home buying experience easy and smooth. I can sense that she truly cares about her clients because she continued to keep in touch and checked on me months after my escrow was closed.

Overall I truthfully enjoyed working with her and will definitely work with her again in the foreseeable future.
