Julia was wonderful to work with and helped us find our forever home for a great price, literally a steal! This was my first time buying a property and she made the process easy and did a great job explaining everything to me and my husband. I felt like she understood what we were looking for and connected us to appropriate listings. She was also on top of new house coming onto the market so we were able to be aggressive buyers which is necessary in this market. When we placed a bid on our home, she was helpful in knowing what price to offer according to the area’s property values and the condition of the house. She was knowledgeable with the financial process. We were working with Wellsfargo for our home loan but the person we were working with was unable to close in the 30 day period. Julia actually had other Wellsfargo banker contact that was able to process our loan faster. This allowed us to made a more competitive bid. Julia also did a lot of work during the escrow period: found multiple inspection companies and checked cost/appointment times available for them. She managed all the communication with the seller, who had delays/requests. Because of her work with a foundation inspection, we got additional money off the cost of our house. I would highly recommend Julia because she is knowledgeable, diligent, and an over sweet kind person. She will help you find what your looking for!
